The Missourian Media Company is a family-owned and-operated media company based in Washington, Missouri. The company publishes the Missourian newspaper, which was founded in 1860 and serves Washington and all of Franklin County. The company enjoys a rich tradition and has an impressive record of public service with deep roots in the communities it serves.
Local news has been the heart and soul of our organization since James L. Miller, Sr., purchased the Washington Missourian in 1937.
