These terms apply in addition to what is stated in the basic agreement between the advertiser and ICA.
Film for In-Store TV must be delivered in both vertical, 9:16, and horizontal format, 16:9 (depending on the purchased zone). Only one film per space, unless otherwise specified.
ICA has the right to charge a fee of 5,000 SEK for late submission of material for each channel or when the film for In-Store TV has not been delivered in the correct format as specified above. If the film length exceeds the specified duration in the material specification found at www.icamedia.se, additional charges will also apply.
The number of stores and screens specified at the time of the agreement is based on information available at a certain point in time and may vary over time. ICA Sverige is not responsible for changes in the number of screens or stores, and no refunds or compensation will be given for such deviations.
In special cases, where relevant and well-founded circumstances apply, certain content may be excluded from being shown in specific stores, provided ICA Sverige deems this reasonable. No refunds or compensation will be given for such deviations.
When booking an editorial page in Buffé that also includes a post on Instagram, the post must tag the advertiser's account. If the advertiser does not have an account on Instagram, the post must clearly indicate it as a paid collaboration between the advertiser and ICA.
ICA has the right to reject an ad if the content lacks quality, violates applicable laws and regulations, or for editorial reasons. This right also applies if ICA has previously reviewed the ad.
The advertiser is responsible for ensuring the ad complies with applicable marketing regulations and that permissions from any featured individuals and rights holders, such as STIM/SAMI, have been obtained. The advertiser must indemnify ICA for any damages or costs related to this. In cases where ICA (or a production company hired by ICA) produces a film for the advertiser, the copyright belongs to ICA, and the film may only be used for ICA In-Store TV in accordance with the advertising confirmation. Exceptions apply for Summer and Christmas films, where the advertiser is also granted the right to use the film on their own social media for 12 months after the campaign ends, and Small- and Medium-sized films, where the advertiser is also granted the right to use the film on their own social media for 6 months after the campaign ends.
Cancellation must be made in writing no later than 3 months before the material submission date, in which case alternatives such as rescheduling to another period/space, subject to availability, must be considered. Note that for the News Page in Buffé, another product news item (a product that has not been available at ICA for more than 20 weeks) should be considered first; otherwise, a fee of 20,000 SEK will be charged to the advertiser.
For cancellations made later than 3 months before the material submission date, the full amount for the booked advertising will be charged.
