Sommarkatten (or August Mether,) combines humorous voiceovers with playful music production. He has an obvious place in Swedish TikTok users' feeds with smart social commentary and funny antics.
At Christmas 2021, he was one of three profiles who made their own Christmas calendar for Spotify, along with Anders Lundin and Petra Mede.
When, in mid-2022, he released his song "Pastavatten" - which is about... well, pasta water - he soon found himself in third place on Spotify's Top 50 Viral.
