Activity in the banner, such as streaming, must be activated on mouseover and stopped on mouse out. Sound and music must be activated on mouseover and stopped on mouse out. Must contain switch off button.

Expandable banner should expand and collapse on mouseover/out. After collapse, banner should be clickable as normal. Can be supplied as 3rd party banner tags.
