• Complaint deadline is 7 days after the induction date. The right of complaint lapses if the material deadline is not met, or the material is not in accordance with the printing company's specifications.
• Complaints must be given in writing.
• The newspaper reserves the right to move ads from pre-ordered pages to another for editorial or technical reasons.
• Late deliveries and ads that are canceled after the deadline are invoiced at 100% of the ad amount.
• The newspaper reserves the right, if necessary, to postpone the insertion of an advertisement, provided that the text in this does not time the insertion.
• The newspaper is not responsible for errors in material received from the advertiser, advertising agency or other newspapers.
• Finansavisen does not hand out used advertising material, unless a special agreement has been made to this effect.
