The Enid News & Eagle

Media · News · United States

The Enid News & Eagle is the dominant news and marketing source for Enid and the surrounding trade territory in northwest Oklahoma.

A six-day, morning newspaper, the News & Eagle serves more than 40,000 readers daily with its print edition and companion E-edition.

Another 200,000-plus unique monthly visitors access EnidNews.com.

Founded nearly 130 years ago, the News & Eagle is as old as the Cherokee Strip Land Run and as new as today’s breaking news/weather text alerts and Twitter messages. Same-morning delivery of the printed newspaper is provided in 36 communities in Garfield, Major, Alfalfa, Woods, Grant, Kingfisher, Logan, Noble, Blaine and Woodward counties of northwest and north-central Oklahoma.

Production facilities at the News & Eagle offices in downtown Enid print four daily newspapers, two weekly newspapers and numerous other publications and commercial printing projects. An eight-person graphics team designs print and digital advertising, web sites and pages for local and area publications and customer marketing projects. In all, more than 100 employees and about 90 independent contractors are involved in producing what you see.
