In 2014, our digital marketing agency (SEO) was established in Afghanistan. During that time, digital marketing was a relatively unfamiliar concept among the people in Afghanistan, often mistakenly associated with network marketing. Unfortunately, our agency was met with challenges stemming from a lack of trust and security concerns, leading to its failure. As a result, our founder, Mujib Nuristani, diverted his career path and began working for renowned international brands such as BBC Media Action, the British Council, and Ferrum Network. In 2021, an opportunity arose for him to relocate to the UK. Upon arriving in August 2021, Nuristani immediately noticed a tremendous potential. Upon updating his LinkedIn profile location from #Afghanistan to the #UK, he unexpectedly started to receive messages from recruiters. As an individual driven by ambition and determination, Nuristani found this occurrence quite unusual and astonishing. He had always possessed an entrepreneurial spirit, but the right environment had been lacking. Recognizing the opportunity that presented itself in the UK, he wasted no time and established Digirize.io. With Afghanistan being a youthful nation, where 60% of its population comprises young individuals, Nuristani aims to make a significant impact through his startup. As a testament to his commitment, he has decided to contribute 30% of the company's revenue towards assisting children in Afghanistan. This philanthropic policy will remain unaltered.
