Leanne Mordue serves as the Head of Operations, while Will Williamson is the Head of Inbound, and both have been with the company since its establishment. Initially, the company operated as JDR Business Coaches Ltd, providing coaching, consulting, and training services to company directors. During the first three years, the company received several accolades in this sector. In 2007, a new branch of the company called JDR Websites was established, specializing in digital marketing services such as web design and search marketing. As the company's client base grew to over 800 in the UK by 2012, they expanded their services to include content creation, social media, and display advertising. Alongside this growth, they underwent a rebranding and became known as the JDR Group. Subsequently, the company became Hubspot Partners and Google Partners and started focusing on Inbound Marketing as their area of expertise.
