We partnered with AT-ECO Windows & Doors Ltd - Fenestration company to deliver a complete digital upgrade covering website design, SEO, and a tailored CRM system. The project focused on improving the customer journey, strengthening online visibility, and giving the internal team better tools to manage enquiries and projects.
Challenge
AT-ECO were looking to generate more qualified leads and present detailed technical information in a way that worked for both trade professionals and homeowners. We designed a new website using a structured UX approach and built it on our internal DBETA Bones Framework 7.0 for speed, accessibility, and long-term maintainability. The site included features such as interactive product browsing, a virtual showroom experience, and secure, multi-step lead forms.
To strengthen AT-ECO’s online presence, we developed a targeted SEO plan that included new product pages, case studies, and locally optimised content for key service areas.
For operations, we deployed a customised CRM that automated lead capture, centralised communication, and provided team-wide visibility for projects, files, invoices, and tasks. This ensured all departments worked from the same system and reduced reliance on spreadsheets or manual follow-ups.
