Description
We worked with Marios Wheel Repair to build a bespoke automotive website supported by a strong SEO foundation and automated booking features. The aim was to help the business attract new customers organically while reducing the daily admin involved in managing enquiries.
Challenge
Before the project began, the company relied heavily on paid ads and personal referrals to generate work. Without a website, there was no structured way for customers to learn about services, compare prices, or make bookings online.
The client also faced a major operational challenge: constant calls and messages were taking up valuable workshop time. He needed a system that could answer common questions, display accurate pricing, and handle bookings without constant manual intervention.
Our challenge was to create a digital presence that could replace paid advertising, deliver a clearer customer journey, and automate routine communication—all while remaining simple enough for the client to manage day-to-day.
Solution
We designed and developed a new website using our DBETA Bones Framework 7.0 to ensure speed, reliability, and scalability. The layout and journey were carefully planned in Relume and Figma, then brought to life with a clean, user-focused build.
The website included key features such as a transparent pricing section, an in-depth FAQ page, and automated email responses to handle common enquiries. We also introduced an online booking system linked to a mobile calendar app, allowing customers to schedule appointments independently while giving the client live visibility of his workload.
To drive long-term growth, we delivered a targeted SEO strategy with optimised service pages, local landing pages, and content tuned for search intent. Conversion improvements were added throughout to ensure visitors were guided smoothly from interest to booking.
Impact
The new digital setup significantly changed how the business operates. The website now generates steady organic traffic, ranks for a wide range of relevant keywords, and brings in a consistent flow of enquiries without any paid advertising.
Automation has reduced the number of day-to-day calls and messages, as customers can check prices, read FAQs, and book online without needing direct assistance. This has freed up the owner’s time, improved efficiency in the workshop, and created a more predictable pipeline of new work.
Overall, the project delivered a streamlined system that supports both marketing and operations, helping the company grow sustainably through improved visibility and automated processes.
