All Flex Frames are produced by The Magazine with client-supplied materials unless specified and agreed elsewhere.
All 3rd party tags (creative serving and tracking-only) and accompanying technologies being served by the tags must be SSL (https) and Safeframe Compliant.
All units need to be built in HTML5, JPG or GIF. Flash is no longer supported by The Magazine.
All sound in ads must be click-initiated.
All ads with a white background require a #CCCCCC border.
Max of 3 individual creatives in rotation at one time, unless otherwise specified for a particular placement.
Max of 1 code change per week, unless otherwise specified.
Submit all 3rd party creative tags to your Campaign Manager and advertising@themagazine.com 5 days prior to campaign launch.
Tags should be sent as .txt or in a spreadsheet document. Do not supply tags in .rtf or in the body of an email.
All assets must be delivered 10-15 business days in advance.
FlexXL formats with full-bleed video must be user-initiated click-to-play.

INSTREAM GUIDELINES
The following guidelines are important for the success and delivery of the campaign, and materials that do not follow the guidelines will therefore not be approved.
Movie Code
In order for a commercial to be approved, a unique film code is required. This is an industry agreement and a requirement for the film to be able to start. As an advertiser / agency, you are responsible for creating these codes.
Adtoox
Adtoox has a support that helps with the creation of accounts, questions about setting up the account structure and converts the movie files so that they comply with our technical specifications etc. For questions regarding the creation of accounts, setup and guidance through the delivery flow, etc. contact Adtoox support.
