We begin our campaign to take the pulse of the readers. We do a for-measurement to find out how readers perceive the client's brand and what they would like to know more about. This gives us both content to a row. future campaign, but also a picture of the knowledge gaps. After the year end, we follow up and see if preferences and insights changed.
