Our experience with Red Box Web Design was unfortunately disappointing. We engaged the company for website design, SEO and Google Ads services across Spotted Lizard Prints and our sister company, DHG Services, but we did not see the level of measurable organic growth or overall performance we expected from our investment. Despite raising our concerns on several occasions, we felt the underlying issues were never satisfactorily resolved. Red Box did provide two months of complimentary SEO after we expressed our dissatisfaction, which we appreciated, but in our experience this did not result in a meaningful improvement in organic performance. We have published a detailed account, including the website traffic data behind our conclusions, so other business owners can review the information and make their own informed decision. This review represents our own experience and opinions, and we recognise that other customers may have different experiences.
