Unless otherwise defined in this Policy, capitalized terms herein shall have the same meaning as in Ocast’s Terms and Conditions.
We may collect personal identification information about Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit the Site, register on the Site, place an order, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources that we make available on our Site or otherwise. Users may be asked to provide us with, for example, their name, email address, mailing address, phone number billing and/or credit card information and other information from which you can be identified (“Personal Information”). You can always refuse to supply us with Personal Information, or ask us to stop process your Personal Information. However, that may prevent you from engaging in certain Site related activities and from using the Service.
Ocast is, as long as otherwise is not stated, the controller for your Personal Information under Swedish and EU legislation, and is thereby responsible for the processing of the Personal Information you provide. The reason why we collect your Personal Information, is to be able to provide the Service and to ensure that User accounts are used in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users and Site visitors whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.
We may collect and use your Personal Information for the following purposes:
• To personalize the user and Site experience, we may use information in an aggregated manner to understand how our Users and Site visitors as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
• To improve our Site, we may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.

Those whose Personal Information has been gathered by Ocast, have the right to access such information that is treated by Ocast once annually, free of charge. Please note that if we receive such demand, you will no longer be able to access the Service. For clarity, you are not entitled to demand that we delete Personal Information that we are under legal obligation to keep, or, in some instances, Personal Information that we otherwise have collected upon another legal ground than your consent.
We will process your Personal Information, in accordance with what is stated in this Policy, for as long as you are a registered User or as long as it otherwise is necessary. You are free to deregister at any time.
